Home Information Packs, introduced in 2007, must be compiled either by the vendor, the vendors' agent or solicitor before a property can be marketed. Local Searches form part of the pack requirements, all our Searches include details of any public footpaths in the vicinity of the property and advice on the availability of public sewers at no extra cost.
